MISSION Adventure Race : Deam Lake, Indiana

MISSION is an adventure race held at 1217 Deam Lake Rd, Borden, IN 47106 on May 2–3, 2026. The event is offered in two formats: an 18-hour race and a 4-hour MISSION Lite.

The 18-hour format uses map and compass navigation and combines travel on foot, bicycle, and canoe. Teams are typically two or three people, and solo entries are also included in the event options. The race is scored by checkpoints; the team that reaches the most points within the cutoff time is ranked highest. The 18-hour event is designed to occupy the full 18 hours and many teams will reach the cutoff before visiting every checkpoint.

MISSION Lite is a 4-hour beginner-oriented adventure race. It features a shorter gear list, simpler navigation, and no map plotting requirement. Both formats list categories for solo racers and for teams of two or three.

Registration for the listed events opens on 2025-12-19 and closes on 2026-03-31. Published registration fees for the 18-hour format are $160 for solo, $150 for two-person teams, and $140 for three-person teams. Fees for the 4-hour format are $90 for solo, $85 for two-person teams, and $80 for three-person teams. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
