Course Details

Both routes are mixed trail, field, and road runs through the Marches of England landscape, featuring forests, limestone tops, and pastures. The trails follow a succession of hills and ridges and include strenuous climbs. The Kington Ultra starts in Kington, Herefordshire, and passes through areas like Wapley hill fort and Croft Ambrey before finishing in Ludlow, Shropshire. The Croft Half starts in Aymestrey, Herefordshire, and also finishes in Ludlow.

Participant Information

Registration for the Kington Ultra is in Kington, with the race starting at 0800. Registration for the Croft Half is at the Riverside Inn in Aymestrey, with the race starting at 0900. Parking is available at Ludlow Rugby Club. An optional shuttle from the rugby club to the respective start points is available for a fee. The event has an age limit of 18 to 98 years old.
