Course and logistics

The route runs on the Shropshire Hills and The Long Mynd and passes through a National Trust area. The start and finish are in Carding Mill Valley near the National Trust tea rooms. The course will be fully marked and a GPX file is provided as a backup. Runners are required to carry a rucksack with at least 500 ml of water and a basic first aid kit. Aid stations will be available on the course and marshals will be present. A medal is included in the price.
