PaintRush 2027 takes place in Silsden, West Yorkshire and is organised by Sue Ryder to support Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice. Race headquarters are at Jackson's Field, Keighley Road, Silsden, BD20 0EH. Parking is included in the event price.

The advertised route is a 5 km cross-country course run over three laps with an undulating profile. The event is described as a run, jog or walk. It is not suitable for wheelchairs. Entry is limited to 1,200 places.

Participants receive a bag of paint powder at the start and a finisher medal. There are seven paint stations along the route that apply different colours, and there are obstacles on the course. A merchandise store operates at registration. After the event there will be music, food and a bar.

Facilities listed for the event include water and toilets. There are no distance markers, no changing facilities, no showers and no baggage storage. Entry options include adult and under-18 entries with or without an event t-shirt; prices range from £10 to £16 depending on age and whether a t-shirt is included. The no-t-shirt option is priced £5 lower per person. If the event remains open, on-the-day entry is available for an additional £5.
