The Manorlands PaintRush is a 5K colour run on 14 June 2026 in Silsden, West Yorkshire. The event supports Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice and is organised by Sue Ryder. The race takes place from Jackson's Field, Keighley Road, Silsden, BD20 0EH. All entrants receive a bag of paint powder before the start and a finishing medal. There are seven paint stations along the route and additional obstacles on the course. After the event there will be music, food and a bar.

Course, entry and facilities

The course is a 5 kilometre cross-country route described as undulating and run over three laps. The event is not suitable for wheelchairs. Entry is limited to 1,200 participants (remaining places listed as 1,194). Parking is included in the event price.

  • U18 early bird without event t-shirt: £8.00
  • Adult early bird with event t-shirt: £15.00
  • U18 early bird with event t-shirt: £13.00

If the event does not sell out, entry on the day is available for an additional £5.00. Facilities at the event include water stations, toilets, changing facilities and showers. Two winter races from Great Owl Running on 24 January 2026 at Kirkstall Bridge. A roughly 16 km multi terrain route follows the canal and River Aire while a 10 km out and back runs along the canal.

The North of England Cross Country Championships come to Pontefract Race Course on 24 January 2026, with races for U13 to senior athletes on a challenging parkland course. Chip timing and club colours required, entries close 18 January.

Take on The Half & Half 10 km on 25 January 2026 at Sowerby Bridge for a split terrain challenge. Rugged muddy trails and obstacles give way to a tarmac finish, entries are limited to 100 and hoodies are available to pre order.

Hoofstones Fell Race in Todmorden covers 8 miles with 425 m of climb across the Pennines, testing navigation skills. Race HQ is the Staff of Life pub where post race refreshments and prizes await; entries accepted pre entry or on the day.
