The Manorlands PaintRush is a cross-country event held in Silsden, West Yorkshire. Participants can choose to run, jog, or walk the 5 km route, which consists of three laps. The course is described as undulating and is not suitable for wheelchairs. The event is organized by the Manorlands Riddlesden and East Morton Fundraising Group to support Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice.

The route features seven paint stations where participants are showered with different colors of bright paint powder. In addition to the paint stations, the course includes various obstacles. Every entrant receives a bag of paint powder before the start and a medal upon completing the distance.

Registration takes place at a central headquarters located at Jackson's Field on Keighley Road. Facilities at the site include toilets and water stations, though there are no changing facilities, showers, baggage storage, or distance markers on the course. On-site parking is included in the entry price. The event also features a merchandise store, music, food, and a bar area for participants to use after they finish.
