MacTuffX Bournemouth - 21 June 2026

MacTuffX Bournemouth is a functional fitness racing event held in Poole, BH17 8RE on 21 June 2026. All entrants must be aged 18 or over on the day of the event. The format pairs repeated runs with ten Xercises that have set repetitions or distances and specified weight divisions for men and ladies.

Distances offered

  • Classic: 10 x Xercises and 10 x 400m run
  • Double distance: 10 x Xercises and 10 x 800m run

Competition formats include Solo, Doubles (two people sharing the work) and Relay teams. In the relay format a team of five is listed with each person completing two runs plus Xercises. Entry fees listed for this date include Solo X at £65, Solo 2X at £80, Doubles X at £120 per team, Doubles 2X at £140 per team, Relay X at £140 per team and Relay XX at £165 per team.

The event uses a defined set of Xercises such as snatch, deadlift, carries and slamball movements with specific reps and weights for each division. A LITE weight division is available as a lower weight option within the same race structure. An ultra trail event on 24 May 2026 from south of Salisbury to Kimmeridge Bay, offering 100K, 50K and 30K courses with varied terrain, marshals, aid stations, mobile medics and finisher medals.

An obstacle 5k at Baiter Park in Poole on 30 May 2026, the Pretty Muddy event combines climbing, crawling and sliding while raising funds for Cancer Research UK. Waves run every 15 minutes and participants must be 13 or older.

Midweek chip timed trail races at the Blue Pool nature reserve in Dorset with 7 mile and 3 mile routes through woodland and ridge views. Race entry includes access for one adult and up to two children.

A single-stage coastal ultra on 6 and 7 June 2026 covering circa 85 miles (about 140 km) along the Jurassic Coast. The event runs from a Portland HQ with checkpoints, GPS tracking and a compulsory kit list.
