The Little Oregon Trail Run takes place on Saturday, March 21, 2026. The event includes multiple distances and categories:

The race is a chip-timed trail event. All participants who register in time are scheduled to receive a hooded sweatshirt. Age-group and overall awards are given; top finishers receive custom wooden awards. Kid's Fun Run participants receive a sticker and a cookie.
Location, course and support
The start area is at Cottonwood Picnic Area, just south of South Mastick Picnic Area in the Cleveland Metroparks. Parking is available at South Mastick Picnic Area with a short walk to the starting line. The course includes single-track sections lined with rows of pine trees, the feature that gives the event its "Little Oregon" name.
A dedicated water stop is provided only on the 13K course near the turnaround; participants are advised to plan for personal water or nutrition if they need more frequent access. Packaged water and snacks are available at the finish. Packet pick-up is available the day before at Second Sole in Lakewood and on race day at the picnic area.
