The Back Half 50-mile is a point-to-point night run from Silver Springs Park to Cuyahoga Falls. The marathon is point-to-point from Oak Hill to Silver Springs Park. The 8-person relay follows the same out-and-back course as the 100-mile event.

The Burning River 100 Mile is the third leg of the Midwest Grand Slam of Ultrarunning. A finish in 30 hours or less for the 100-mile event can be used as a qualifier for the Western States Endurance Run lottery.

Registration & Fees

Registration pricing varies by period. Early registration (January - April) fees are $290 for the 100 mile, $170 for the 50 mile and Back Half 50 mile, $105 for the marathon, and $80 per person for the 8-person relay.

Participants can choose to fundraise for the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Summit Metro Parks Foundation, and Boston Township. Meeting a fundraising minimum can waive the registration fee.
