The 24 Hour Lions Roar is an ultrarunning event held April 17-18, 2026 in Columbia, Missouri. A portion of event proceeds supports Pascale’s Pals, a volunteer organization that benefits children and families at the Children’s Hospital in Columbia.

The main race uses a 2.5-mile loop that includes the D1 NCAA Cross Country Championship Course at Gans Creek Recreation Area and passes adjacent soccer fields. Distances and categories offered include:

Solo awards include the top two male and female finishers in the 6-, 12-, and 24-hour events. All-time mileage awards recognize the top three men and women with the most lifetime Lions Roar miles. Tag team champions receive a custom championship belt; milestone swag includes a custom belt buckle for 100 miles and commemorative shirts for various distance milestones.
