Flat Branch Ultra is a 50K rails-to-trails ultramarathon held in Columbia, Missouri. The start/finish is at Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park (800 West Stadium Blvd).

The course kicks off in Columbia, runs southwest on the MKT Trail about 7.5 miles to intersect the Katy Trail west of McBaine, then heads west on the Katy Trail to Rocheport before turning around and returning. Runners enjoy views of the Missouri River, river bluffs, and eagles overhead near Burr Oak. The race is presented by Ha Ha Racing Events with Fleet Feet as title sponsor, and the course is USATF-certified, certification underway.
