Kudos its Kirkstall Abbey is a multi-distance trail running event at Kirkstall Abbey in Leeds, West Yorks (LS5 3JG). The course runs on looped routes through woodlands, fields, canal towpaths, riverside paths, and Bramley Fall Park alongside the River Aire. Over-ear headphones are not permitted; bone-conduction or single-ear earphones are allowed. Some road crossings are un‑marshalled.
