Entry is pre-entry only with a closing date of 30 April 2026. There are 100 total places and a waiting list will operate once entry is full. No refunds or deferrals are available. Entrants must be 18 years or older on the day. Race swaps are allowed up to 30 April 2026 through the organisers.

The event is cupless. Water is available at a designated station and marshals will fill runners' bottles or cups. External support, pacers, running poles and dogs are not allowed. Participants must carry minimum safety kit for the entirety of the event: waterproof jacket and trousers, hat, gloves and a foil blanket; a whistle and full body waterproof cover are also listed as required items.
