The main fell race is pre-entry only with a pre-entry fee of £10; entry on the day is not available for the main race. Pre-entry is handled through the BOFRA website. The senior race lists a minimum age of 17, with ages based on 1 May. Junior races are offered and are listed as free; junior ages are determined on race day. Team entries are not allowed. A separate handicap mile race is also scheduled for pre-entered runners and for arrivals if the main race is full.
