Course Information

The event takes place at Hollis Hills Farm in Ellenboro, NC. There are three distances based on loops of a 5-mile route around the farm. The 5K race is 1 loop, the 25K is 3 loops, and the 50K is 6 loops. The loop course goes around the farm to a hunter's cabin and includes a fire road section. Each loop has an elevation gain of 400 feet.

Event Details

The race has a 10-hour cutoff for all distances. A fully stocked aid station will be available, offering basic food, water, Tailwind, and soda. Trekking poles are allowed. Finishers receive a handmade pottery medal, with each medal being unique. Race results will be posted online after the event.

Logistics and Rules

Camping for one or two nights is available as an option during race registration. A bonfire with local merchants is planned for the Friday evening before the race. Participants can also purchase a chicken for the farm at checkout. All entry fees are non-refundable and considered a donation to the farm's development.
