Course and logistics

The route is circular and multi-terrain, using hard-packed sand, grassy footpaths and forest trails through Thetford Forest; wildlife on the course includes fallow deer and wild thyme. The route is well signed and toilets are available at the start and finish. This is a cupless event: fresh drinking water will be provided for refilling personal bottles but no single-use cups will be supplied. Race numbers will not be posted in advance and must be collected at the race start. Medical assistance is provided during the event, but organisers and landowners do not accept liability for injuries; entrants must be medically fit and appropriate grippy footwear is recommended.
