High Hope Endurance Run

High Hope Endurance Run is a multi-distance trail event held Memorial Day weekend, May 29-31, 2027, at High Hope Ranch in Glen Rose, Texas. The event takes place on roughly 1,000 acres of ranchland and uses marked trails; participants are asked to stay on the path to protect biodynamic agriculture and local wildlife.

The event spans two days of trail running and provides on-course aid stations staffed by a volunteer crew called the "Mighty Herd." The event is cupless and eco-conscious; disposable cups are not provided and runners must carry their own hydration vessel. Camping and boondocking are available free for registered participants plus one guest; camping is primitive with no hook-ups and no open fires. Entrance and parking are free.
Included participant items and provisions include an official event T-shirt, a finisher medal, ultra buckles for 100K and 200K finishers, and complimentary hotdogs from an on-site vendor. No place or division awards are given.
Registration fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person, to a different race category, or deferred to the following year. The course or schedule may be altered in the interest of safety in adverse weather. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
