The Six-O Trail Run takes place at the Six-O Ranch in Cleburne, Texas, a 1600-acre working cattle ranch on the edge of the Texas Hill Country. The event offers multiple race distances including a 50K, marathon, half marathon, and 6-mile run. The course features over 20 miles of trails combining single track, dirt ranch roads, open fields, and occasional water crossings, providing a varied and scenic trail running experience.

Participants are guests on the ranch and are asked to respect the property; dogs are not allowed. Primitive tent and RV camping is available the night before the race. Parking fees support the ranch owners.
