Six-O Trail Run

The Six-O Trail Run takes place at the Six-O Ranch in Cleburne, Texas. The ranch is a 1600-acre working cattle ranch on the edge of the Texas Hill Country and features over 20 miles of trail.

The course combines single track, dirt ranch roads, and crossings over wide-open fields. A couple of water crossings may be included depending on weather.

Distances:

  • 50K
  • Marathon
  • 1/2 Marathon
  • 6 Miler

Tent and RV camping is available Friday night only for $10 per site. Camping is primitive with no electric, water, or sewer; portable toilets will be available for campers. Camping fees are collected by Blaze Trails on behalf of the ranch owners and all proceeds go to the owners. Parking on race day costs $5, collected by Blaze Trails on behalf of the ranch owners; car pooling is encouraged.

Because this is a working ranch, dogs are not allowed. Blaze Trails operates a volunteer program where volunteers earn race credits that can transfer to a registered runner. Refund and transfer policy: cancellations more than 30 days before the event receive 100% race credit toward another Blaze Trails event; cancellations between 30 days and two weeks receive 50% race credit; no refunds or transfers are allowed less than two weeks before the event. Credits must be used within one year; extensions for medical reasons or military deployments require prior approval. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
