The Mammoth Trail Run, Glen Rose

The Mammoth Trail Run takes place October 10, 2026 at High Hope Ranch, 3353 County Road 2009, Glen Rose, Texas. The event is held on ranch terrain in the Texas Hill Country and includes sections with steep inclines and declines.

Organizers offer multiple distances across the course. Participants are advised that trail shoes with strong traction are recommended for the route.

• 5K
• Mighty Mammoth 1K kids race, non timed

Finishers receive a finisher medal and an official race shirt. Those who complete the 100K receive a finisher buckle. Aid stations are described as plentiful along the route. A post race gathering includes food, cold refreshments, and music. No age group awards are given.

Event rules note that pets are not permitted by USATF rule and that the race operates cupless, so participants must bring their own hydration vessels. The event runs rain or shine. Entry fees are non refundable, but transfers to another person, category, or Mammoth event are allowed.
