Dinosaur Valley Endurance Run
Glen Rose, United States • 22-23 Nov 2025
Event overview
The Dinosaur Valley Endurance Run takes place November 22-23, 2025 at Dinosaur Valley State Park in Glen Rose, Texas. This is the event's eighth year. Multiple distances are offered on a looped course that brings 100K and 100-mile runners through the same 100K mark. The organizer records 100K splits for all runners who reach that point; runners who complete the full 100 miles receive a 100-mile finish recognition.
Course and entry details
The course includes many gradual up and down hills and a mix of terrain: soft dirt, rocks, and roots. Some sections are technical and other sections are more runnable. The organizer notes the terrain can become more difficult as participants fatigue and recommends using the first loop to find an appropriate pace.
Distances:
- 100 Miler
- 100K
- 50K
- 25K
- 5 Miler
Registration closes Wed, Nov 19 at 11:59 PM CT. Each distance uses a wait list when sold out; there is no fee to join the wait list. Preference is given to preregistered participants switching day or distance, and higher priority is given to prior participants, past volunteers, and Trail Mix Fund recipients. Those who move off the wait list will be contacted and have 24 hours to accept the entry. The event is a qualifying race for the Western States Endurance Run. The race partners with the Trail Mix Fund to provide fee assistance for eligible applicants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
