The Dinosaur Valley Endurance Run takes place November 21-22, 2026 at Dinosaur Valley State Park in Glen Rose, Texas. Course and race format
The course features rolling and sustained ascents and descents with varied terrain including soft dirt, rocks, and roots. Some sections are technical while others are more runnable. The route includes overlooks with extended views. There are multiple separate 25K and 5-mile races across Saturday and Sunday; runners may only compete in the races for which they are registered. The event records 100K splits for 100 mile entrants and treats a completed 100K as an official 100K finish.
Community, inclusion, and support
The organizer partners with the Trail Mix Fund to help waive registration fees for eligible applicants and accepts donations to that fund. Volunteers are used throughout the event and can earn credits toward future race entries; credits expire one year after they are earned.
