Dallas Spartan Trifecta Weekend - October 17-18, 2026

This two day Spartan obstacle race weekend takes place at Twin Canyons Ranch, 7631 Hayworth Hwy, Granbury, TX. The course uses rugged terrain and is a fairly new Spartan venue. The site is about one hour outside the Dallas Fort Worth area and roughly 30 minutes from the historic center of Granbury.

Race options cover a range of distances and obstacle counts, and the Sprint shows an average duration listed for reference. The event schedule includes an Obstacle Workshop on October 16 and spectator access on October 17. Team entries can secure the same start time for group members and offer reduced pricing. A service member discount of up to 25% is available to eligible US military, first responders, and certain government employees through GOVX. The event is hosted by Visit Granbury.

A trail running event May 22-25, 2026 at High Hope Ranch in Glen Rose, TX offering distances from 5K to 200K, free primitive camping, cupless aid stations, finisher medals, and a non-refundable but transferable registration policy.

A nighttime trail race at Dinosaur Valley State Park with 4M, 10K, 10K Ruck and 4-, 6- and 8-hour options. An optional Claw Challenge features volunteer chasers who try to take runners' tear tags during the race.

Trail races held on a 1,600 acre working cattle ranch near Cleburne, Texas, with distances from 6 miles to 50K, primitive Friday night camping, and parking and camping fees supporting the ranch owners.

A nighttime out and back at Lake Mineral Wells Trailway near Weatherford offering 5K, 10K, 13.1M and a 10K ruck on soft fine gravel. Headlamps and personal water systems are required and aid stations provide water and electrolytes.
