The event has a specified refund and transfer policy. Cancellations more than 30 days before race day receive 100 percent race credit for another Blaze Trails Running event. Cancellations between 30 days and two weeks before race day receive 50 percent race credit. No refunds or transfers are allowed less than two weeks before race day. Credits must be used within one year, with possible extensions for medical reasons or military deployments if arranged in advance.
