Fyvie Castle 5k and Fun Run 2026
The event is scheduled at Fyvie Castle in Fyvie, Turriff AB53 8JS, Scotland, with dates listed in 2026. It is organised in conjunction with the Fyvie Parent Council to raise school funds. Registration closes 18 September 2026.
Races offered:
- 5 km multi terrain race for ages over 5 (under 11 must be accompanied)
- 1600 m trail run for primary school age up to 14 years
- 800 m trail fun run for all ages (under 5s must be accompanied)
Chip timing is used for the 5 km and the 1600 m events; the 800 m is a fun run. Finishers receive medals in all races. Prizes are listed for the first boy and first girl in the 800 m and 1600 m, and for first, second and third male and female in the 5 km.
Entry costs are listed per participant as follows: 5 km £11, 1600 m £6, 800 m £4. A booking fee of £0.45 plus 5% per participant applies. Fyvie Castle will offer refreshments including tea, coffee, bacon rolls and ice cream from the castle tea room and shop.
