Fountains Abbey Wild Trail Runs take place on Sunday 1 February 2026 at Fountains Abbey & Studley Royal Water Garden, Ripon, North Yorkshire. Distances on offer are:

Race and logistics

Scenic routes incorporate sections of the Deer Park, the Water Garden, and the abbey grounds. The event is Canicross friendly: one well-controlled dog per runner is allowed and dogs must remain on a lead at all times. Live chip-timing is provided by Timing Up North and results are given instantly. All distances have a 3-hour cut-off time.

Calverley Chaos is a Christmas edition 12 km trail race along the Calverley Millennium Way, taking in canal towpath and countryside views and based at The Railway Inn in Leeds. Entry is limited to 100 runners so book early.
