The Five Trig Points event is an 18.5-mile running challenge set in the scenic area around Delph, Saddleworth. Participants will navigate a route that includes five local trig points, with a total ascent of 3000 feet. The course is unmarked, requiring runners to follow public paths and navigate checkpoints in the correct order. There are three manned checkpoints offering snacks and drinks, and post-race, participants can enjoy free soup and hot drinks, with an option to purchase a meal at the venue.
