EpicTrails 8km - Hunting out more trails

EpicTrails presents a social trail run of approximately 8 km that departs from Milngavie Train Station, G62 8PG, on 09 Jul 2026. The route explores local trails including sections of the Clyde Coastal Path and the West Highland Way, plus other smaller paths in the area.

Runs are led by a guide who is qualified, experienced, insured and first aid trained. These are social runs rather than races; the group will regroup at points along the route, no one will be left behind, and pace may vary by distance and terrain. Group sizes are kept manageable to support participant safety.

Dogs and under 18s are not permitted because they are not covered by the event insurance. Mandatory kit depends on the route and time of year and will be outlined in the run brief; trail shoes are always required. Participants without required kit will not be allowed to run.

The activity is run not for profit. Funds collected are used to cover event costs and any surplus is donated periodically to a local charity. The listed entry fee is £3.00 and the event has a total of 14 places available. Refunds are only given if requested and are not available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.
