Eddie's Revenge Fell Race takes place on Wednesday 24 June 2026 at St Saviours Church, Buckstones Road, Shaw, OL2 8NB. The race is listed as category A/S. Minimum age to enter is 16. Course and format

The course is a loop that climbs from the start to the Trig Point on Crompton Moor and then descends to the quarries near Buckstones Road. The surface is a mixture of moorland trail, forest trail and rough moorland paths. There are numerous ascents and descents and a steep shale-covered descent near the end of the first lap. The route may include muddy sections in wet weather. The distance and climb are given in sources as approximately 5.8–6.1 km with about 308–323 m of ascent.
