Desert Wolf Trail Run

The Desert Wolf Trail Run is set for April 25, 2026 at Flat Creek Crossing Ranch in Johnson City, Texas. The event includes multiple trail running distances:

The course uses dirty and rocky single and wide track trails at Flat Creek Crossing Ranch and Pedernal Falls State Park. For the 25K loop, there is an elevation gain of 1400 feet. Historical average weather conditions are 65 to 84 degrees Fahrenheit. Dogs are not allowed on the ranch property.

Participants receive a tri-blend shirt and finisher medals for all distances. Additional awards include a big finisher buckle for the 50K, a belt buckle for the 100K, a patch for the 25K RUCK, and first place awards for male and female participants in all distances. A DFL (Dead Freakin' Last) award is given for the 100K distance.

The race features aid stations with food and hydration, a scenic course, photography, and a fully marked and supported course with friendly staff and volunteers.
