The Colorado River Run is a multi-distance trail running event held over Thanksgiving weekend, Friday–Saturday, November 28–29, 2025, in the Marble Falls / Lago Vista area of Texas along the Colorado River. The event program includes ultramarathon, marathon, half-marathon and shorter trail distances, plus a 5K "Taco Trot" and special 5K kid and ruck divisions. Custom finisher medals are awarded to all finishers.

Course and logistics
The course runs on trails along the Colorado River and includes a mix of single-track, dirt paths, and occasional technical sections with moderate elevation changes. Fully stocked aid stations provide hydration, nutrition, and medical assistance; listed snacks include fruit, cookies, bars, chips, and soft drinks. Pacers are allowed on the 100 Mile (after mile 50) and 50 Mile (after mile 30) events under registration and age rules, with a required pacer fee. Animals are not allowed at the event. Packet pickup is offered on Friday and Saturday at Turkey Bend Park near the playground. Limited campsites are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
