Dark Skies Surrey Hills is a night trail running event at Denbies Wine Estate, Bradley Lane, Dorking (RH5 6AA) on 10 January 2026. It is the second race in the Wild Night Run Series and includes adult and children’s distances. Entrants will contribute to the Dorking Area Food Bank. The course passes through the Denbies Estate and is described as muddy and rolling.

Age and pricing examples: 5K open to entrants aged 12 and over (£19), 10K open to entrants aged 16 and over (£24), 10 miles open to entrants aged 18 and over (£28). Registration is at the event marquee and race numbers are collected there; manual timing will be used. All races have an 8.30 pm cut-off.

A head torch with spare batteries, long-sleeved water-resistant top, waterproof jacket, collapsible cup and appropriate off-road shoes are required or recommended. One feed station on the course provides water and snacks; its location is the public car park on Ranmore Common Road opposite the Rectory. Parking is available for at least 200 cars. First aid cover and a start/finish First Aid Tent will be provided. Results are posted live on Webscorer and will be available within 24 hours.
