The event is a CLOK Dusk event held at the Kiplin Hall grounds on Thursday 30 October 2025. The first entry deadline is 23 October 2025; online entries are accepted until 28 October 2025 subject to the availability of maps. The new cafe in the Visitor's Centre at Kiplin will be open and the visitor centre is available for family members after runs.

Courses and fees

  • 4.0 km Open course
  • 2.5 km Youth / Vet 55+ course
  • 1.0 km Junior / Beginner course

Entry fees are: Senior £5.00, Senior chip hire £1.00, Junior/Student £2.00, Junior/Student chip hire £1.00. Juniors are defined as under 21 on 31st December. Adults using the Junior/Beginner course are charged the junior entry fee. Students aged 21 or over receive the junior entry fee if they indicate student status on the entry form.
