Bodenham Bound is the eighth annual charity run taking place on 4 January 2026, with an alternative date of 18 January 2026 if the event is postponed due to weather. The event raises money for the Kemp Hospice Family Support and Bereavement Service and for Harkaway Scout Group. The venue is Bodenham Arboretum, Wolverley, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY11 5TB.

The course runs around the boundary of the arboretum. It is multi-terrain with hills, mud, some hard surfaces, tree roots, and icy tarmac possible in frosty weather. Trail shoes are highly recommended.

Logistics and important information

Entry is online only; there are no entries on the day. Entry fees are listed as £16 early bird and £18 standard. Total places are limited to 160 runners. Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult who is also running. Wheelchair accessibility is not available.

On-site details include water at the finish line, marshals and sign-posted route markers, a finishers medal, and a donut for finishers. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and bacon sandwiches will be available to purchase and free car parking is provided. There are no changing facilities on site. Timing will use a barcode scanning system that may not be fully accurate if runners switch between the 5 km and 10 km on the day. No refunds will be provided as this is a charity event.
