The Bluffs 8K Trail Run is a challenging race held at Bluffs Regional Park in Lone Tree, Colorado. The course features rolling hills and beautiful views, with a mix of fine crushed gravel and some rugged, steep sections. The race starts and finishes near the Prairie Sky Park parking lot.

Participants must maintain at least a 20-minute per mile pace, as the course closes after 1 hour and 40 minutes. Amenities include timed results, food, drinks, beer, and awards for overall and age-group winners. Parking is available at the Lone Tree Recreation Center.
