North Fork 50 Mile and 50K

The event takes place near Buffalo Creek, Colorado at 18050 South Buffalo Creek Road. It is offered in two distances:

50K

The course runs entirely on soft surface and is made up almost entirely of singletrack trails with a few short sections of double track road. Runners climb through open burn areas that resulted from a 1996 fire and pass through stands of ponderosa pine and areas with granite rock formations.

A portion of the event proceeds is designated for the North Fork Volunteer Fire Department, which serves the local community.
