Rock Hawk Trail Races takes place on August 29, 2026, at Philip S. Miller Park in Castle Rock, Colorado. The event uses the Miller Park and Ridgeline Trail systems and features varied, rolling singletrack that is not overly technical and offers scenic views.

Aid infrastructure includes two cup-free aid stations on course that provide water, an electrolyte drink (Tailwind), sweet and salty snacks, and fruit. The event provides official chip timing, finish-line photos, custom finisher awards, and live split tracking during race weekend. Runners may leave a weather-sealed drop bag at the start/finish area.

Crew and pacer policies vary by distance; some distances allow crew at the start/finish while others restrict crew access, and pacers must carry required gear and complete a gear check where permitted. A portion of race proceeds supports the open spaces and trails of Castle Rock and partner charities. Each distance has published cutoff and time limit policies; the 50K has a 9-hour time limit. Chase the Moon is an overnight fixed time trail event in Highlands Ranch, Colorado with solo 12, 6 and 3 hour races, a 50K and three and five person relays. Runners complete marked loops on dirt trails with aid stations and drop bag support..

A community trail event at JCC Ranch Camp on Saturday July 18 offering 5k and 10k trail options, sliding scale entry, on course water and clinic support, plus post-race tie dye and craft activities for finishers.

Elevation Run/Walk in Conifer, Colorado on July 25, 2026 offers 10K, 5K and 2 mile courses on paved roads and trails around Aspen Park at about 8200 feet, with proceeds supporting local schools and trail maintenance.

Trail races of 16 mile and 8 mile take place at Rampart Reservoir near Woodland Park, Colorado. Pre registration is required and parking is on USFS Roads 950 and 951 with about a quarter mile walk to the start.
