The 13 Valleys Ultra is a trail running event held in the Lake District National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site in the UK. Participants can choose from four distances: 22.4 km (2 Valleys Trail), 58.4 km (5 Valleys), 110.3 km (7 Valleys), and 184.3 km (13 Valleys). The routes traverse multiple valleys, lakes, and fells, offering spectacular mountain and trail running scenery.

The event features regular checkpoints and feed stations to support runners. It is registered with the International Trail Running Association (ITRA), awarding points based on distance, and serves as a qualifier for the Western States Endurance Run.
