The British Athletics Up-and-Down Trial is a mountain and trail running event held at Whinlatter Forest Park, UK. It features two races: a senior race of 14 km with 750 m of ascent and descent, and a junior race of 7.7 km with 400 m of climb and descent. The courses run on forest fire roads and smaller trails with good, fast surfaces, starting behind Thornthwaite and finishing near the visitor centre.
