The Sale Fell Race is scheduled for 21 November 2026 with the venue listed as Sale Fell bench, near Wythop Mill (to be confirmed). Parking is requested at locations down the road near the Pheasant Inn or at Peil Wyke and participants are asked not to park near Sale Fell gate or the church. The race specifies kit requirements: waterproof jacket, waterproof trousers, hat, gloves, map, compass and whistle. At the Race Organiser's discretion, kit requirements may be reduced on race day. Checkpoint grid references are provided for start and finish at NY 19160 30197. If retiring or missing cut-offs, runners must report to the nearest marshal and then return to the start to alert the Race Organiser directly.
