Kendal Skyline Ultra

The North Face Kendal Skyline Ultra is a 50km ultramarathon with around 900m ascent, held during the Kendal Mountain Festival weekend. The undulating route winds over Kendal’s skyline, taking in limestone escarpments, castles, a deer park and river trails, combining trail, road and fell sections. The event starts on closed roads in Kendal town centre and finishes at the Kendal Mountain Festival Base Camp, cheered by hundreds of festival-goers.

The course is fully waymarked and marshalled, with live GPS tracking for safety and supporters. Expect two aid points plus a water station, baggage drop, and optional showers at the finish.
