Trail Running calendar near Frederick 2026-2027

A turtle themed 5K at Hopkins Farm Brewery in Havre De Grace raising funds and awareness for the Susquehannock Wildlife Society. The trail race includes wooden participant medals, costume prizes, and an after party with live music.

A trail event at Piney Run Park in Sykesville using a 5.25 mile loop for 50K, 25K, 5 mile and an 8 hour challenge. Aid stations, commemorative mug and ice bandana included; portions of proceeds support charity.

The Spring Hops will take place in Mount Airy on Sunday 18 April 2027. You can run 5 kilometers.

C&O Canal 100 is a 100 mile ultramarathon along the C&O Canal towpath in Knoxville, MD on April 24, 2027. The course uses one approximately 40 mile loop and two approximately 30 mile loops with multiple aid stations and volunteer support.

A last person standing endurance race in York, PA where runners repeat hourly loops until one remains. Entries include a designated parking and crew area, an event shirt, and a certified distance card.

A trail running event at the Agricultural History Farm Park in Derwood, Maryland, featuring lap based 3, 6, and 10 hour Challenges and a conventionally timed marathon and 25K. Volunteers receive the same finishers' swag.

A 24 hour Backyard-format ultrarun near Lorton, Virginia using hourly 4.167 mile loops with a 100 mile limit. One central aid station beneath a horse pavilion supplies water, Gatorade and snacks while crews are allowed only at that station.
