The Spring Hops is a cross country running event held in Mount Airy, Maryland. Organized by the Howard County Striders, the race takes place on the grounds of the Red Shedman Farm Brewery and Linganore Winecellars.

Participants who complete the course receive one pour of a Red Shedman beverage as part of their registration. The event location is situated at 13601 Glissans Mill Road. The Howard County Striders, a non-profit organization focused on promoting fitness in central Maryland, provides the organizational support for the race. A 100 mile ultramarathon on the historic C&O Canal towpath beside the Potomac River and Appalachian mountains. The course is one 40 mile loop plus two 30 mile loops with aid stations every 3 to 6.9 miles.
