The Last One Standing - York

Weigelstown, United States • 28-31 Mar 2026

Endurance Event Structure

The Last One Standing is an endurance running event held at a farm in York, Pennsylvania. The format follows a last-person-standing model where participants must complete a specific distance every hour to remain in the competition. The course consists of approximately 1 mile loops around the property.

Course and Rules

Participants are required to complete three loops of the course every hour, totaling approximately 5 km per hour. All remaining runners start together at the beginning of each hour. To stay in the race, a runner must finish all three loops before the next hour begins. Failure to complete the loops within the one-hour window results in elimination. There are no scheduled breaks; any time remaining after finishing the three loops and before the start of the next hour is used for resting and refueling. The event continues until only one runner is left to complete the required distance.

Logistics and Facilities

The event location is at 2950 Lewisberry Rd. Participants are expected to be self-sufficient during the competition.

  • Parking and Setup: Registration includes one designated parking space that serves as a personal crew area or tent site.
  • Nutrition: Runners must provide their own food and meals, though water is available in coolers near the runner area.
  • Power: No electrical hookups are provided for individual camps or vehicles.
  • Support: Participants may bring their own crew and equipment to their designated setup zone.

Each participant receives an event shirt and a printed card to record their final distance. The final individual remaining receives a cash prize and athletic footwear. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
