Tommy Laudani Delone Dash 5K/3K Trail Run
The event is a community trail running event held on August 1, 2026, at Codorus State Park Marina in Hanover, PA. Two race distances are offered:
- 5K Trail Run
- 3K Trail Run
All net profits are allocated to four named groups: 40% to A Week Away Foundation, 40% to the Tommy Laudani A.C.E. Award (A.C.E. stands for Accepting the Challenge of Excellence), 10% to the Delone Cross Country Fund, and 10% to The Squire Athletics Fund.
Registration opens February 11 and closes July 1. Pre-registration by July 1 is listed at $30 and includes a T-shirt and a goodie bag. After July 1 the fee increases to $35 and a T-shirt is not guaranteed; extras are limited. Shirt sizes XS to XL are noted as available.
Awards are specified for top finishers: prizes for the top three overall male and female in the 5K, top male and female 12 and under in the 3K, and age-group medals in the 5K for standard age categories including 13 and under through 60-plus. Race day packet pickup and on-site registration are available. No refunds will be given for registrants who do not attend unless race insurance was purchased.
