Delone Dash 5K/3K Trail Run
This annual trail running event is organized by Delone Catholic High School's cross country team on the course at Codorus State Park Marina in Hanover, Pennsylvania. The event is held on a natural-surface trail around the marina.

Registration information includes an early-registration fee of $30 for entries received by July 1, 2026; that entry includes a T-shirt and a goodie bag. After July 1 the fee increases to $35 with no guarantee of a shirt; limited extra shirts may be available. Registration opens February 11, 2026. Paper registrations may be mailed to the organizer's provided address in McSherrystown, PA.
Proceeds from the event are distributed to four groups: 40% to A Week Away Foundation, 40% to the A.C.E. Award presented by the Hanover Exchange Club, 10% to the Delone Cross Country Fund, and 10% to the Squire Athletics Fund.
Prizes are awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers in the 5K and to top youth finishers in the 3K. Medals are awarded to top finishers in defined age groups for the 5K and to the top three overall 12 and under in the 3K.
