An obstacle course event in Gisburn, Ribble Valley on 12 September 2026 offering 12 km and 6 km races with military grade obstacles, a competitive Elite Squadron race and team and corporate options.

Beast Race is a 10 km obstacle course in Banchory, Scotland on 12 September 2026, featuring hill climbs, water obstacles, island crossings and heavy mud. Regular entry is sold out and entry is currently by charity or corporate code only.

A fell race near Pwllheli over a single 8 km route with 490 m of climb that takes in the three peaks of the Eifl. Entry on the day only costs £10 and the event is insured by the Welsh Fell Runners Association.

Raven 7 is an 11.25 km fell race with 445 m of ascent around Llanarmon yn lal, based at the Raven Inn. Entry is £5 on the day and the course is partially marked.

An annual grassroots fell race in the Black Mountains covering 27.4 km and 1586 m of climb with five checkpoints and mandatory full kit; the event is non-commercial and surplus funds support local Mountain Rescue.

An 81 mile single loop ultra on the Bunyan Way in Bedfordshire with a 24 hour cutoff, 1,219 metres of climb and seven aid stations. The runnable country route features live tracking, medical cover and a bespoke finisher medal and T shirt.

A trail running event in Alton on 12 September 2026 offering a 10 km trail and a 2 mile fun run. The route uses gravel tracks and woodland trails and passes through the grounds of Alton Castle; medals for all finishers.

A 13 km marked trail race around Crosby Garrett with 400 m of ascent and views across the Eden and Lune valleys. Junior races run for ages U7 to U17 with on the day entry and separate junior fee.

A 50 mile circular ultramarathon through the Lincolnshire Wolds starting from Swallow Village Hall. The course gains about 1,370 m of elevation, features four aid stations, an 18 hour cut off and limited entry for 150 runners.

A scenic trail 10 km route around Cleveland Lakes organised by the Cotswold Lakes Trust, featuring flat tree lined paths and water views. Participants must be 15 years or older and accept the event terms and conditions.

A 10-mile trail run on the North York Moors via the Lykewake Walk visiting Lilla Howe and Louven Howe, with moorland views and a 3 hour time limit. Entry limited to 50, minimum age 18; entries via SiEntries only.

Bradley Fell Race in Bradley Village near Skipton features a 3.50 mile fell course with about 274 meters of climb, age categories from Under 9 to Seniors, and registration plus parking at the U9 field.
