Glentress 8 Hour Challenge is an 8 hour running event at Glentress on 6 June 2026 organised by NU Limits Running. Registration for this edition closed on 3 March 2026.

The Edenfield Fell Race is a 10.2 km BM category event with 396m of climb, starting from the Edenfield Cricket Club. Entry is on the day only. Limited parking is available, so carpooling is encouraged.

MacTuffX Leeds on 7 June 2026 combines ten Xercises with repeated runs in solo, doubles and five-person relay formats, includes a LITE weight division, and publishes a detailed leaderboard by division and age group.

Tackle the Coppice fell race in Accrington on Tue 9 Jun 2026, a spirited 6.6 km course with 310 m of climb starting from the Whitakers Arms. Day entry only means it is ideal for last minute plans and teams are welcome.

Two off road races of 5km and 10km thread through fields, farms and woodland around Kirkby Fleetham and finish at the village hall. Routes are waymarked and mostly flat, open to participants aged 16 and above.

Take on the Mike Mallen Memorial Round Latrigg, a classic 5 mile fell race from Fitz Park in Keswick with scenic trails and friendly marshals. Day entry available for ages 16 plus and all funds raised go to charity.

A Category B short fell race in Horwich around Two Lads, listed as 8.4 km (5 miles) with 274 m ascent; registration and presentation are at The Ale House and prizes include a £50 course-record cash award.

A volunteer-run mountain running and walking event in Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria offering distances from 5k to an Ultra plus a mountain marathon, a festival-style Basecamp and fundraising for local charities.
