Join the Crag Fell Handicap on Dec 6 2025 at Bleach Green Ennerdale, a steep 4 km fell with 410 m ascent and staggered handicap starts. Pre entry required, mandatory kit applies, and club AGM follows prize giving.

Take on the Really Wild Boar fell race on Sat 6 Dec 2025 in the York Dales, a 9 km challenge with 450 m of climb through classic fell terrain. On the day entry is £10 and includes soup and a roll. Register at the Fat Lamb Country Inn.

The Colden Winter Hill will take place in Isle of Man on Saturday 6 December 2025. You can run 5 kilometers.

Join the WILD DEER running session at Land of Oak & Iron on 7 December 2025 for a 75 minute coached workout suitable for all abilities. Expect interval work, hill efforts and varied running over 5 to 7 miles with a friendly group vibe.

Lakeland Paws Grizedale Growl on 7 December 2025 in Grizedale Forest offers scenic 5K and 10K runs on forest roads and trails with views over Coniston Water. Chip timed and dog friendly with up to two dogs per runner, event is full.

Join the Wycoller Wander on Sun 7 Dec 2025 for a scenic 6 mile trail with 850 ft of climb across the South West Pennines. Fancy dress is encouraged with a Heroes and Villains theme and proceeds support the BemoreLaura foundation.

Join a 75 minute all abilities coached run through Derwent Walk Country Park, blending interval drills and hill efforts over 5 to 7 miles. Coaches provide practical tips to build fitness and confidence in lovely surroundings.

Take on a challenging winter fell race up Cairnsmore of Fleet on 13 December 2025 across the Southern Galloway mountains. Proceeds benefit Galloway Mountain Rescue Team and competent navigation skills are required.

Run the Winter Tolkien Trail at Stonyhurst College, a magical 11 km route through ancient woodlands, rivers and Mount Doom. Enjoy a fully marshalled course, event village, themed mementos and fun prizes in a festive winter setting.

Run into the night on an unmarked rough route to Chapelfell Top in the Silent Night Race. This 6.6 km out and back with 370 m of climb requires navigation, strict kit and pre entry, making it a real test for experienced fell runners.
