Trail Running calendar near Brigstock 2026-2027

A riverside race series in Richmond along the Thames Path with 10 km, half marathon and marathon routes starting and finishing at Petersham & Ham Sea Scouts HQ. Check points are stocked and KLP Medics provide on-course medical support.

Four hour team relay at Minley Manor, Hampshire where teams of four run repeated 4 km off road laps through woods and grassland. Male, female and mixed categories have prizes for the top three teams in each.

The Stopsley Trail Race on Sunday 9 August 2026 offers 5K, 5 miles and 10 miles on scenic undulating trails along the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire border. Entries include chip timing, bespoke medals, free photos and participant goodies.

A summer charity trail in Cold Norton on 9 August 2026 offering 10 km and half marathon routes across grass, tracks and paths. Proceeds support Farleigh Hospice and entries close 31 July 2026.

A six hour timed circuit event on farm fields at Thonock Lane Farm in Gainsborough. Runners complete 2.5 km laps with on-course drink and food stations and receive a themed medal and goody bag.

A 6 mile informal group run at Croome Park on 10 August 2026 organised by Black Pear Joggers. The one lap off road route includes a lakeside section and finishes with cake and tea or coffee, with profits to the National Trust.

An organised 7.3 km route around Darley Dale featuring forest trails, long climbs and technical descents, finishing across a field after a steep final ascent to Oker Trig Point.

A relaunch of the village fell race in Flagg, Peak District, featuring a mainly off-road 5.5 miles route through fields, lanes and country roads. The course returns with a steady one and a half mile downhill back to the village.

A 7 hour timed event on a signed riverside loop in Egham offering flexible distance choice from 3 km up to 50 km, medals and goody bags for finishers, aid stations each lap, and distance pins for half-marathon and above.

Two trail ultramarathon options follow the Harborough Round around Market Harborough, with GPX files, multiple aid stations, TRA licensing and a comprehensive mandatory kit list for runners.

A guided 10 km trail run through the Chiltern Hills followed by a brewery tour and tasting at Tring Brewery. Groups are split by ability and participants should be able to run 5 km without stopping.

Special-edition Rat Race obstacle event at Forest Facility near Stamford, featuring a 4 mile loop with about 60 obstacles, family and teen options, and additional on-site activities. Proceeds support Project Jungle rainforest conservation.

Trail event on 16 August 2026 offering a competitive 15 mile run and a timed 15 km social hike. Over 18s only; starters receive a vest or T shirt and finishers get a medal and a free drink.

The Malvern Joggers 10K will take place in Malvern Wells on Sunday 16 August 2026. You can run between 5 and 10 kilometers.

An approximate 5 mile undulating trail near Treeton Cricket & Football Pavilion organised by Rotherham Running Club on 18 August 2026, marshalled and with post-run refreshments. Entries open 1 June to 16 August; minimum age 16.

An evening *10 km* trail run with a published Strava route, limited entry and an event T shirt included. Race numbers are issued on the day, manual timing may be used and results are posted within 48 hours.

Seven hour timed run on a signed River Thames loop near Egham with flexible start options, medals from 3 km, goody bags including a vegan option, aid tables each lap and distance pins for half marathon or longer.

Trail half marathon and 10k around Carsington Water on 22 August 2026, run on marked trail paths with marshals and an event village. GPX files are available for both courses.

Trail races at Wendover Woods feature a half marathon, 10k, 5k and junior race across steep woodland with 181 m of climb. Entries include a themed medal, free photos, chip timing and post race goodies.

A ten day running series in Walton on Thames from 22 to 31 August 2026 offering daily themed rubber ducks and ten giant spinning ducky medals, with distances from 5 km to ultra and certified out-and-back routes along the Thames towpath.
