Phoenix Running Bedfordshire stages a timed lap race at Marston Moretaine around Millennium Country Park. The course is a 5.3 km (3.28 mile) lapped route around the reservoir, on mixed terrain with no overall elevation gain or loss.
Runners choose how many laps to complete within a six hour time limit. The minimum recorded distance is one lap (3.28 miles). Places are limited to 75 entrants.
