Run the Seasons at Cowdray on 26 June 2026 offers 3km and 5km races plus a 10km with dog friendly CaniRun options. The event includes stacking medals, course maps, free photos and an on site BBQ and bar.

A 5k obstacle event at Cheltenham Racecourse with muddy climb, crawl and slide obstacles, mixed grass and woodchip surfaces, and start/finish by the grandstand. Waves run every 15 minutes and participants must be 13 or older.

A muddy 5 km obstacle event at Stanmer Park, Brighton, across fields and woodland with steep inclines and staggered wave starts. Open to participants aged 13 and over, with accessible parking and basic onsite facilities.

A new hill race at the Tintern Village Fete on 27 June 2026 with a 4.2 km course and 215 m ascent, starting and finishing in the Fete Field and running over bridge, stone steps, steep paths and forestry road. Entry on the day £5.

A trail running event in Marlow on 28 June 2026 offering a half marathon, 10K and 5K on marked countryside routes with chip timing, photos, a themed medal and an event village.

A trail event at Housedean Farm near Lewes offering a half marathon and a 10K through South Downs scenery. The course mixes gravel paths and well kept trails and includes chip timing, aid stations and on site camping.

A point to point 50K trail ultramarathon on the Hangers Way from Alice Holt Country Park to Queen Elizabeth Country Park, with signed trails, aid stations, coach-to-start option, mandatory fluid kit and a 9 hour cut-off.

A trail running event in Peacehaven on 28 June 2026 featuring a **10 km** race and a junior fun run across the South Downs Way and local bridleways. The event includes a medal, photos, water stations and finish-line refreshments.

A Half Marathon at Box Hill Fort (Tadworth) on 28 June 2026 with more than 3000 feet of ascent and descent. The route runs mainly on rough tracks and offers views over the North Downs, the Mole Gap, Denbies Vineyard and Dorking.

A family friendly off road running event in Damerham offering 5km and 10km routes plus a children’s colour run. Fully marked countryside courses with medals, trophies, on-site parking and food stalls.

July 2026

Guided 10 km trail run around the Devil's Punchbowl in Hindhead, Surrey. Runs take place at dusk in summer and at night with headtorches in winter, on hilly trails with group pacing and a recommended average pace of about 10 min per mile.

A timed charity run along the Thames with lap options from 5.3 km up to ultra distances. The Run for a Tenner entry donates £10 to Rays of Sunshine and all finishers receive a bespoke medal.

A mixed-terrain *10 km* organised by Emersons Green Running Club at Mangotsfield School, limited to 200 entries, with recycled-material medals and proceeds funding tree planting.
