Event Overview

The Wildhorse At Night event has been held in the Queensland autumn since 2004. It is based at the car park at the foot of Wild Horse Mountain and uses the Glasshouse 100 Eastern Section trail. The surface is a mix of pine forest trail, grass, gravel, sand, and compact dirt.

Event Options

The event on Saturday, July 18th, 2026, offers three distance options:

  • 10 km, starting at 6:30 pm
  • 15 km, starting at 6:00 pm
  • ½ Marathon, starting at 5:30 pm

The finish includes a cup of hot soup or chocolate.

Required and Recommended Gear
