The Mt Glorious Mountain Trails is a trail running event on Sunday 9 November 2025 at Red Cedar Park, Dundas QLD. The course distance is 22 km with a total elevation gain of 1,200 m and total descent of 650 m. Entry requires participants to be over 18 years of age. The standard entry fee is A$95, with a 10% discount for TRAQ members. Refunds are available up to two weeks before the event less a A$20 administration charge. The event field is restricted and was set at 150 participants for 2025. There are two start waves and prizes are awarded to the first three men and the first three women across the finish line.
Course and logistics
The route starts at Cedar Flats and runs across Northbrook Mountain, down to England Creek (the midpoint), then climbs to the summit of Mount Glorious and finishes at the clearing opposite Maiala picnic area. The west-side ridge route passes through rainforest, includes stone-lined single trail and some stone stairs, and has sections that are shaded by trees. Runners must carry at least 1 L of water; there are three self-help checkpoints and one manned midpoint checkpoint at England Creek that provide top-ups, electrolytes and snacks. There will be no disposable cups. Post-race food includes sandwiches, fruit and drinks, and basic facilities at Cedar Flats include toilets, picnic tables, barbecues and water (boil before drinking).
