Dundas, Australia • 8 Nov 2026

Event Overview

Mount Glorious Mountain Trails is a trail race over a 22 km course. It features a total elevation gain of 1200 m and a descent of 650 m.

Course

The route starts at the Cedar Flats picnic area in Red Cedar Park. It goes across the top of Northbrook Mountain, through England Creek, and into rainforest to the summit of Mount Glorious. The finish is at a clearing opposite the Maiala picnic area. The course is on the west side of a ridge, with trees providing shade over much of it.

Participants must carry at least 1 litre of water, which is checked pre-race. Water top-ups are available at three self-help checkpoints and one manned checkpoint at England Creek, which also provides sports drink and snacks. No cups are provided, so a refillable container is required.

Logistics

The event takes place on Sunday 8 November 2026. The total participant field is restricted, with a limit of 150 in 2026. Participants must be over 18 years old on the day.

Event bus transport from a Park 'n' Ride at The Gap to the start is included in the entry fee and is the preferred option due to limited parking at the start. Buses return to the start area and to The Gap after the race. Post-race, sandwiches, fruit, liquids, and coffee are available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
