The Wicked Worm Trail Races take place at Robinette’s Apple Haus near Grand Rapids, MI. The event includes multiple race formats and runs on trails described as technical. Parking is available along the race course.

Race format and course
The 10K follows the full WMTR course around and on the north side of the orchard. The 6 Hour and 12 Hour races run around the orchard and use sections 1 and 3 of the WMTR course. The loop distance for the 6 Hour and 12 Hour races is 4.2 miles. The 6 Hour and 12 Hour events are each capped at 50 racers.
Logistics and rules
Packet pickup is held on race day only. Pacers are allowed for the 12 Hour race; each runner may have one pacer at a time. All pacers must check in and out at the main aid station and sign the Robinette’s waiver. For safety, racers must check in at the main aid station when they finish. Racers may change distance or transfer their entry before June 19, 2026. Entries may be deferred with a 50% credit toward the 2027 event; no refunds are available. Race gift, finisher medals, and free downloadable photos are provided; later registrants may not receive swag based on availability. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
